You can use the kind that rest and strap to the back deck? You see them on the back of alot of small cars. You may be able to put a light weight hitch on the back which will allow you to install a hitch rack. This is what I did with my HCH2. H

A friend in my bike club has an Insight, and he had the Honda dealer install a frame mounted hitch at the time of purchase. Now he uses a hitch mounted rack and can easily carry two bikes.
