Angry Replaced IMA Battery and car still won't hold a charge

I replaced my IMA battery. After installation it started fine for 3 times. Now it's left me stranded. It won't start. It's grinding like a dead battery. Is this due to needing to replace the DC/DC charging converter? Or what else could be the problem?

Just a couple thoughts: Did you cycle power to the 12V battery? Did you connect the two little connectors when you put the new battery in? Did you get the polarity correct on the battery connectors?

Is the ima light on?
What are the fault codes?
Without those we are shooting in the dark.
Was the replacement a new pack from a reputable vendor or pack from a scrap yard?
