Default Gas Brand/octane = Gas Mileage

Has anyone noticed that one brand of gas over another produces better mileage? What about no-name gas stations? I hear they all come from the same spot less a few additives. How about octane? is regular as good as middle or high test for gas mileage result? Thanks

To add, you'll want to use an octaine level appropriate for your engine. Higher octaine does not equal "better" unless that's what your engine requires. Putting 91 in an engine that only needs 87 may do more harm to your FE than anything.
