2008 honda civic 1.3 hybrid ima charging but 12volt isnt
I have a 2008 honda civic hybrid ima battery seems to be charging but the 12volt battery isnt. No check engine codes only thing showing up is the battery light. I turn over the ignition and i hear a clicking noise coming from the back. I already got the seats taken out of car to try and diagnose. Could this be a fuse problem or something else? The car has 136000 miles on it.

Never a bad idea to check fuses.
Assuming IMA battery is good. Bad 12V Bad DC-Dc converter |

The code for dc to dc converter is showing up. It says dc to dc malfunction. Is there a fuse for the dc converter?

Re: 2008 honda civic 1.3 hybrid ima charging but 12volt isnt
The diagnostic code for P0A94 does not reference a fuse.
Diagnostic steps until resolved: Terminal lug in under-hood fuse box, tighten 7.2 ft-lb or repair if damaged. Terminal lug in IPU compartment (under red plastic cover), tighten, 7.2 ft-lb or repair if damaged. Replace DC-DC converter. Also, while in the IPU, good idea to remove and reinstall all accessible connectors to insure good connection. |
