Wow I may just be tempted to trade in my '05 in for the new one. The key word being may!
I'll save my decision until I get a test drive first of course.

Now you can feel like an enthusiast in your hybrid, or LX/EX/Si whatever too. I was never so sure I liked digital speedometers until I got my S2000. You lose some psychological sense of how fast you're going by seeing just the direction the speedo needle is pointing, but it also makes a bigger impression on you what your speed is. Somehow having a needle pointing to some nebulous area between the numbers 40 and 60 doesn't hit you the same way seeing 54 in big red numbers does. Although I sold the S2000 already, it pretty much made me an immidiate believer in digital speedos.
Ouch, IHMO, the wheels are ugly!
The dash is dumb looking too.
Paint on the steering wheel trim will scratch, etc just like it does on the 05 Hondas that have a similar trim on the steering wheels. Bad design.
Glad I got an 05! I guess we will have to get use to it for next 5 years.
Hope it looks better live than in these photos. First time I saw an Element I thought it was ugly too.
