Default Strange problem with Anti-Theft system

Yesterday morning I unlocked my doors and started my car as usual for my morning commute. As I drove out of my driveway, I switched on the radio but nothing happened. Tried it again, nothing. Then I changed it to CD and tried that. Nothing.

I then noticed that my display was blank. No clock display. As I continued to work I noticed a red light displaying on the right but couldn't make out what it was as I was driving and it was dark. When I arrived at my destination, I kept the car running and looked closer at the light. It was the Anti-Theft light, and it was activated.

I then turned the ignition off and immediately restarted the car. The display and radio sprang to life and the red light no longer displayed. Everything was back to normal.

Wierd.

No evidence that the car had been tampered with, and the alarm never sounded.
