Does anyone know of a way to pause an iPod that is playing other than powering off the radio? I'm also looking for a mute button on the radio.

 

Unfortunately, no. The manual even says to turn the radio off or change audio sources in order to "pause" iPod playback. There is no mute button that I'm aware of.

 

What a novel idea to read the manual

In hindsight I'm seriously considering whether I should have bought the Nav option. The lack of XM Traffic along with the somewhat inferior iPod interface really bugs me on a daily basis. I really wish Honda (or Pioneer) would release an update to the interface but I know that's not going to happen.
