Unhappy Hybrid TypeR

Barely over one month enjoying the new ride
but someone has better idea and decided to sponsor me for major facelift

just last week my rear boot and bumper were damaged
stop on a busy evening road home and waiting for traffic to move on
suddenly i was wacked from the back
since his ride slightly higer than mine, sustained both damage on boot cover and bumper
that poor soul paid me in full for total replacement

since i'm replacing, decided to switch to replica TypeR front and back bumper incl side steps

now still awaiting for someone to manfacture carbon fiber boot, any hint from your country?

one week later my new face lift

Looks good! Did you paint the caps on the wheels? Good touch. H

ooh those, there's a story behind that
local honda agent reported damaged one of our hybrider wheel cap
while he's doing his 10k servicing as that incl rotating wheels

i've tried to use tint sticker to cover up the whole wheel but it look ugly
so end up only tint the cap area
now i can keep the "dinner plate" as changed to donut look

Very good idea. I personally like the pie plates. Very easy to keep clean and it seperates the Hybrid from the regular Civic. You have personalized your car very well, good job. H

Isn't applying Type-R gear/logos to a vehicle not so-equipped some sort of rice violation?

Until Honda Canada in their infinite wisdom decided to offer those wheels on the DX model in Canada for 2008.
