How much the recent recall is important(Voltage Converter) ?
I have my car from USA (HCH 2006) and I live outside USA where there is no offical support for any Honda Hybrid..
I checked my recall information and I found that recent recall 2006-07 Civic Hybrid Voltage Converter is open for me

So how much it's important ?
And do you have any suggestions to fix it ?

If I recall correctly (no pun intended), the converter would fail, blowing some big fuse and shutting the vehicle down. So I'd say it is important. It may be relatively easy to replace if you can get your hands on one.
I also have a 2006 HCHII. I did have the "recall" done.
When he was finished, the tech made the comment that the part was a bit over $700 based on Honda's prevailing price list.
I found no difference in performance, but I'm glad I didn't have to write a check.
To replace the part, you remove the rear seat back. It is located forward of the IMA battery pack and behind the rear seat.
Cheers.
