Default Anyone else have cosmetic mods(tasteful) out there?

I had a cracked tall light and it shone some white light into a CHP officer's eyes so I had to either:

1. buy a new one from the dealer for around 400 bucks

2. look for an unblemished one to go with my other at a junkyard and still pay 100+.

3. Replace them with ebay LED lights that looked decent. so these are the ones I chose…. I'll add daylight pics later.

I swapped the stock "H" logos front and rear, putting red JDM "H" badges on both ends. It looks excellent with the Polished Metal color.

Hurry and add your daytime photos – can't tell much from those you provided. How much did you pay for the replacements? How did the install go?

I too did the LED taillights just after buying my car. I don't know, just seems a hybrid is made to have LED taillights. The install was fairly easy. You didn't have to completely remove the rear bumper cover, just unhook it from the top and drop each side for the uninstall/reinstall.

Well since my new lights didn't have any bumper mounts. So I did the easy thing(saws-all) and then the new ones slipped right in there like butter.

here are some day shots of the tails:

Nice! But you still have those pesky "Civic" and "Hybrid" badges...

Big improvement. When will you tackle the front? Big savings there? H

Has anyone checked to see if a Civic coupe grill can be swapped for the stock Hybrid grill? Looks like the opening is the same, but 'ya never know.

On mine you were supposed to unscrew the bumper mounts from the stockers and reinstall them.
