Stock CD player line-in?
Just wondering: if I pop out the stock CD player in my HCH1, could I connect an audio cable in the back (if possible), then run it thru the empty cubby hole below it to an MP3 player?

Re: Stock CD player line-in?
I just bought one of these, I'm putting it in this weekend.
USA SPEC iPod® Interface
Connects your iPod to select Honda/Acura factory radios

It now comes with the cable that charges the iPhone, too.

Bump--prairieclover, how did the install go?
I've found a similar interface on ebay made by "gromaudio" for almost half the price. The stats look almost the same.

Re: Stock CD player line-in?
I have one of these installed in my s2000, it is VERY simple, should only take 30 minutes maximum. It works by connecting a harness to the CD changer outlet on the back of your head unit. Basically it tricks your unit into thinking it is a CD changer.
I have the peripheral version (that happens to work on the HCH), when I take it off my s2000, I'll do a install guide.
