Hi I have a 2003 Civic Hybrid manual that's throwing a P1445, P1600 with IMA, red battery at idle and check engine lights. The IMA stopped charging and I have no bars on my battery meter. Codes P1600 and P1445. I have bought a new inverter and new battery same result. I have checked fuses, two separate batteries I’m lost on what the issue is. It won’t start put starts with a push start and runs great expect no Ima. I installed a new starter but hasn’t fixed the issue and still won’t start.

Update yesterday I put the back seat on to drive to town and the ima light turned off was fully functional. I tried to start it again later and ima was back with same codes. Maybe a bad ground? Can anyone help.

P1445 has 38 diagnostic steps.
Possible resolutions are:
MCM A14 open circuit
Bad IMA battery (3 potential causes)
Bad DC-DC converter
MCM A5 open circuit to junction board
Bad MPI module
Bad MCM
Bad snubber unit.
Recommend you get the factory manual.
