HCH 1 wheel weight?

Ok so tire rack says the stock tire is 16lbs. I am trying to find where I saw it but someone weighed there tire and wheel and it was 31lbs. So I am asuuming the stock wheel is 15lbs.

This is the link I saw that said that its 31 total. And if tire rack is right and tires are 16lbs. Then wheels must be 15lbs. The HCH 2 wheels are 17lbs. So I can see the smaller HCH 1 wheels being 15.
