Getting codes P1130 & P2000

Getting codes P1130 & P2000
My check engine light came on so I took the car to Auto Zone and they pulled codes P0139 and P2000. I know I have to replace the ox sensors but the P2000 is confusing me. I haven't noticed any funny smells from the cat and my mpgs are still coming in @ about 44 - 46 which is what I've always received.
Could something else be causing the the code P2000?
