2003 Honda Civic Hybrid question
Picked up the car on saturday so we are new to the different behaviors of the car.
The wife came home after a couple of short errands, turned off the ingnition, removed key, got out of car and heard some humming from under hood. I came out and lifted hood and heard what I can only assume was the electric motor "purring". I placed my hand in the area and felt a warm constant rush of air. After about 5 minutes it cut itself off and that was that.
Normal or something to be concerned about?

Re: 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid question
Total normal.
Radiator fan which stays on after vehicle is turned off. Should stop after a few minutes.
One thing weird about mine is that this USED to happen all the time, and now the fan will not come on at all after turning off the vehicle. I hope I'm not hurting anything!
