Congestion charge for electric car but not for motorcycle
Hello I have a fossil-powered motorcycle and a pure electric car in Stockholm, Sweden. The motorcycle is exempt from the congestion charge, while the electric car is not!
So if I have to travel in and out of town during the daytime, I choose the motorcycle.
Should there be special rules for vehicle owners who have choices?
At rush hour the rate is appr 3$ per passage. Stockholm is a small city with companies and shops inside and outside the toll perimeter so you may need to pass a few times in and out at various places
