Windsheild Washer Heater Recall ...
Anyone know if the GM truck hybrids fall into this catagory? I've been busy as h*ll the last couple of days and don't seem to have time to contact the dealership yet.

it was offered in some 2007 - 2008 escalades but fortunately it did not come in my hybrid
besides, this is old news. it is a heated coil in the washer fluid container to heat the alcohol based windshield washer? what is next, heated fuel tank for those in the north?

I know the units in 2008 were initially recalled and repaired (not), but the recall I mentioned (where the heater will be disabled and the owner given $100 for the loss of the feature) seems only a few days old.
