Strange that the 2wd is most expensive.

I would think 6 months later with 2009s everywhere that you can do better than that Mike.

Come on!

for a brand new vehicle plus you get 2200.00 off from fed incentive and uncle osammas new plan gives you the ability to write off the sales tax as well so you are looking at 34 to 35 when all is said and done.

Those are super prices for NEW. He is quoting before the $6K rebate so the price would be what he is saying LESS $6K.

$39K-$41K is really good. I suspect the 2WD has less dealer cash or he has had it in inventory longer and is trying to recoup some floorplan interest. Just a thought?

At those prices the depreciation hit isn't as bad. Wholesale on my '08 4x4 with a roof and DVD and 23,000 miles is just under $28K right now in the North East. It can differ slightly based on your location. A $10K depreciation hit is a lot easier to swallow than if you paid sticker price.

Did osamma's new plan get passed? Should I tell my tax guy to include that?

well these are pretty much good prices. but i think i got a lot of discounts when i traded my mercury cougar parts for tahoe hybrid parts. anyway, these sounds to be a good bargain.
