Highly unlikely. With only 28K units across all models and all years (Tahoe, Yukon, Escalade, Silverado, Sierra, 08-14), a business that specializes in those vehicles would likely fail. An "expert" has likely seen maybe five. Most dealers have only seen a handful.
Worth noting there are 2.3 million Toyota hybrids produced across all years (Prius, Camry, Highlander, RX4XXh).
If you're in L.A. vs. LA, you can probably throw a brick and hit someone willing to swap a battery module in anything with a Toyota pack in it, which includes the GMs.
