2005 Chevy Silverado 1500 hybrid aux tranny pump
Hi guys
I have a 2005 Chevy Silverado 1500 Hybrid LS that’s giving the p2797 code saying it needs the auxiliary transmission fluid pump any ideas where this is and where I can get one? Chevy doesn’t carry it and gmpartsonline says it’s discontinued…. HELP!

Are you sure this isn't a 2008 or newer? The pump is underneath just behind the oil pan and sits sideways next to the front sway bar. Has a cable that goes up to the front left side of the engine bay.

Double check your model Year the GM TwoMode Hybrids first came out in 2008. A lot of the Parts are still available, just make sure that you are entering the correct year. model.
