Electric car blows the pants off of performance gasoline cars
This audience doesn't need to be told that electric is better than gas. But just to put a fork into the discussion about performance of electric vehicles you should watch this video of the Wrightspeed X1 (practically the same as the Tesla Roadster) annihilate a high performance Ferrari and Porsche on a 1/4 mile track.

Yes, the general public needs to be educated...and a good way is to publicize the performace aspect, then publicize the efficiency aspects, then publicize the clean aspects, then publicize the maintenance aspects, then publicize...well, you know where I'm going with this.
