Default vibration at hi-way speeds

Hi, I have a 2006 FEH with 214000 miles on it. Was having bad vibration starting at 55mph. Had all four tires balanced, but did not help. Was told u-joints could be bad. Replace both of them and the vibration is 90% gone. So now I was going to replace the center support bearing, but find out the ones listed at all the part stores are all for non-hybrid suv's. Then find out they want you to buy the whole drive shaft for $700. I don't understand why all the rest of the replaceable parts on the drive shaft are inner changeable, but not the drive shaft support bearing?
They look like the same parts idk. There must be a way to replace this bearing with out buying the whole shaft.
