Re: Suggestions on how to find a FEH?
Searches are great and the results are both quick and detailed. It takes a few seconds. As I said, I've watched them being done many times. It's all right there, even vehicles still in transit.
But if the other dealer says they won't dealer-trade it, no sale is going to happen. You usually never hear about that unit. If I find it on my own, they know that I'm probably going to go to wherever it is and buy it there anyway. But they aren't going to help me out the door by volunteering knowledge of the vehicle's existence and location. If my dealer says they searched and "found no vehicles" they really mean "we found no vehicles that we can get and then sell to you". The exact unit desired may be a few hundred miles away, sitting at a small-town dealer or just across the state line. You never know unless you go lookin'... |

Out bid by EBAY!   Said the "buy it now" button was hit while I was en-route and he has to honor the ebay listing or else!!! Wife is sufficiently bummed out by the ordeal, that she no longer wants a FEH and has gone back to shopping Sienna's. Ohh, well... I'll go back to my slow gentle brain washing... Re: Suggestions on how to find a FEH?
Wait a minute!!! does anybody see the completed auction on ebay for a 2007 with 5500 mi in the Houston area? I don't. It may be a bit early to call BS, but I wonder if they haven't re-considered their pricing on this bad boy? Something like "22.9k!! we meant to say 32.9k!... opps".
Am I being cynical? 11011011 |

Re: Suggestions on how to find a FEH?
Dan I see this all the time around Texas. Last month there was one in Dallas. I got one in San Antonio in May Allot of dealers esp non Ford Dealers will dump them because they don't know anything about them. Patience grass hopper, and you will be rewarded BUT if you find one on line you must be prepared to move fast.

I bet if you were to ask they had this FEH for a couple of months and got desperate and put it on ebay. That was the case with mine.
