Spied this tube disconnected on one end and dangling — any ideas what this tube is? Thanks! Would like to replace and reconnect to where it’s supposed to go. No apparent ill effects except maybe my mileage is a little bit worse than usual?

Looks like a vacuum line. Could be disconnected from the intake manifold or be coming from the manifold to a valve like a heater valve. Sorry I can't help you anymore.
