I took advantage of that program when I purchased mine in December of 2004. I was just days from not being elligible when I made my purchase. I completed my MBA in December of 2002 and I purchased in December 2004. But do yourselves a favor and make sure that the dealer is familiar with the program. It took 4 months for the dealer to submit the paperwork and get me the $400 credit. The dealer had never done one before, which doesn't surprise me, rural dealer and such, and didn't follow the right protocol to get it submitted. But they made good on it.
