All I gotta say is "WOW" Toyota certainly did there homework when making this car. The local dealership brought their only Prius to my school (I'm going for automotive technician) to show it off, and tell us about it. It is simply an amazing vehicle. You can barely tell when the gas engine kicks in, and its the weirdest feeling in the world to be sitting in it when it accelerates silently ahead. The only thing I didn't really like about it, is that it would be impossible to put any kind of stereo system in there <_< but oh well

Spots,
I honestly never thought it was a huge deal when the engine turned off -- I never noticed a huge difference, even though I switched from a v6. Did your trac have the premium sound system, or standard? |
Upon a second reading, I realized you mentioned you can't put a stereo system in? Why not??
The Prius is capable of anything a traditional car is, plus more. I've saw a backup camera, DVD player, extra battery, Satellite radio, etc., and you don't think you can install a stereo? :) |
hey would the dvd player use the multi-info screen?
|
It could, but the only legal way is to have it disabled when driving.

 i wont watch while driving, i swear! :P
