Block Heater for Lexus 400h?

Has anyone installed a block heater in a Lexus 400h? I am very interested in doing this to offset the huge cold weather milage hit due to my workday 3.5 mile commute.

I have a block heater in my RX400h. I live in Finland. My avg is now 8.2 l/100kms (~ 28.5 MPH).
