Hello Everyone (Newbie)

Hello guys (and girls),

I thought I would introduce myself. My name is Mike (from Pennylvania) and I just bought my first new car! A fully loaded 2009 Toyota Camry Hybrid with only 3 miles on it!! :shade:
So far I like it, its a little weird with the motor kicking on and off but I guess I will get used to it eventually.
I will probably be hanging out here for awhile so I thought I would say hi...

I thought the same thing!! The VIN didn't even show up with my insurance.
Thanks, so far I like it. I had a Ram Air Trans Am I traded in, so it takes some getting used to the obvious differences. :D

I had a Nissan Murano. So, I'm literally going from 245 HP to 120 (or something). It's a big change! And wait till you read about "pulse and glide". It's a whole new way of driving. It's like Driver's Ed 101 all over again. But, it's fun!

Well with the "or something" I was assuming he meant 187HP. :)
Which is still a big change from the 330HP I had before it, but I more then doubled my MPG so its a welcome tradeoff...

As a contributor to the FAQ (and the nut who organized it) I'd like to invite you to view it. My car is 3 months old and I had a ton of questions, many of which are covered in the FAQ. See my signature for the link.
