2011 Camry Hybrid Battery Options
Hello All,
I have a 2011 Camry Hybrid with about 126k miles on the odometer. I'm getting some anxiety about the longevity of the battery pack and I was wondering what I can do to check the health of it? I was also wondering out of the 4 options for repair, which is the most popular:

1. Hands down the best option. 2. These packs are complete and total garbage. They have cells in them that Toyota stopped using 20 years ago, and now the Chinese have found a way to peddle their garbage into Toyota packs now that the Honda Hybrids are all dying out. 3. Can be a good option, but depends on goal. If you want to get another 100K out of a battery, only option is Toyota New. 4. Generally not an option. The ability to test and diagnose is not as easy as just measuring voltage. Folks that go this route usually end up going back into their pack multiple times a year. |
