This board is great. I really love the design, it's very clean looking and easy to use. Because it's talking about all hybrids, I'm sure it'll have a long and useful life and enable lots of folks to share info that might not have mingled before.

I have one suggestion, for the next time you're adjusting things.

I'd like to see "location" listed in the side avatar area. So many times when we're talking about mileage and driving conditions it helps to know where the person is.

On that note, I'd urge everyone to put something in that field, even if it's just a state or region of the country.

Sure! I'll add something right now.

Speaking of avatars...I can't get one uploaded and working. I have lots of kewl pics, have adjusted to (itsy bitsy) 100x74 pixels and 12kb...it uploads but doesn't seem to display.

Any helpful suggestions?

I can see your avatar fine. Funny you mention that, though, as you are not the first to say it isn't working. My guess is that it's your cache, but I do wonder what the real problem could be.

Jason-

I can see Cybele's avatar (a leaf), but I cannot see yours or mine. Both appear to be very short (about a pixel or two) and very wide. Can you see yours when you look at your posts?

I'd like to be able to see my avatar so that I can change it to the one that I like best!

Any suggestions?

It looks like a problem with Internet Explorer. I'm using Mozilla Firebird and it works but IE doesn't. Perhaps it's a resizing setting bug in the software. Changing that setting...

The software doesn't know what size the avatars are when uploading or linking. I am not sure why this is happening, but will have to look into it.

Thanks, Jason!

I have a feeling there just *might* be a few more people using IE than Mozilla ;)
so it may be affecting other people too!

Haha, yes. I know.
Apparently (?) it's a known bug, but I don't know how to fix it as of yet. Bummer, eh?

I can see your avatars just fine... in Safari, OS X.

I can also see them in Internet Explorer on OS X.

Maybe you guys just need to get Macs. :-)

peace,
