2007 MMH Cross Bars & Running/Nerf Bars
 

A few quick questions...

Will these items fit my 2007 MMH?

OEM Running/Nerf Bars:
1L8Z-16450-AAA

OEM Cross Bars:
5E6Z-7855106-AAA

Also, where is the most economical place to buy both these items? Please factor in shipping & handling costs, as that can get out of hand as well for these larger items.

Ok doing some more research on the topic and I am coming up with conflicting information on the OEM Cross Bars... A few years back I read this:

Black OE Step Bars
Part Number: 1L8Z-16450-AAA
These original equipment step bars are available in black finish. Ample width provides sure footing. Easy no-drill installation.
Fits: Mercury Mariner 2007 2006 2005

Obviously I am going to go with the Mercury website as the authority, but am confused as to why others suggest the other part number works? Maybe they are the same part, and one is the Ford part # and the other a Mercury part #? Sorta like the Tribute and the differing Mazda part #'s? Not sure...

I didn't receive any responses, but was able to answer my own questions and can even give advise on the best shipped price for the items...

Those 2 items were the correct part:

I found lower prices online, but with shipping it was quite a bit more tacked on...and I also found local dealers to price match but with taxes it also tacked on quite a bit more. Hopefully someone else can find my research and this information useful...
