Default Why I'll never be an auto writer

The design of the newly unveiled 2010 Toyota Prius is certainly polarizing. We thought we'd take a deep-dive on the new look to help explain the changes Toyota made to their high-mileage brick on wheels.
. . .
Not one photo of the engine, transaxle, or an engineering cut-away. They didn't even shoot the engine compartment. Nothing but photos of painted sheet metal and interiors shots without a hint of how the magic happens. The Prius they described could have had all of the guts replaced by a hamster in a squirrel cage. <SIGH>

Different strokes for different folks.
