The attachment settings were default. I've bumped it up to 100,000 bytes.

Go to the real Reply section (hit the Reply button) to see all the options. You should have many more features than you used to.

Oh, and it looks as if what you tried to do before DOES work. You just did it too early and I hadn't changed all the permissions yet ;)
