What is the lowest recomended operating voltage for the ECU
 

My battery seems to be going lower and while starting the car probably won't be a problem because it generaly starts off the hybrid battery pack I am wondering how low it can get before the computer starts to glitch or stop working.

Does it say in any of the manuals?
