That's great Kenny, from a CVT which allows you less control than the MT. Let me revise my previous comments:

On the MT HCH, cruise does not benefit your MPG more than doing it manually, and in fact hurts your effort, at least at speeds under 45 MPH.

On the CVT, cruise must do a better job.

___My day with the Tbaleno’s HCH showed cruise control just like cruise in ay vehicle I have driven is usually less efficient then the manual accelerator approach overall … At 51 to almost 58 mph, his CVT based HCH’s instantaneous would just stick at 80 mpg for as long as you maintained load. Crusie cannot do this
