2005 HCH
As a new owner of one of these cars, I have noticed it is very difficult to see the coolant level due to the shape of the bottle. Any tips? Also, is it normal to have the fan continue to run just about every time the car is shut down (ambient 85-90 F.)? Thx very much.

Re: 2005 HCH
The fan running is normal and nothing to be concerned about.
I don't have any tips on the coolant check. Honda succeeded at getting 10 pounds of manure in a 5 pound bag under the hood, so I can't get my hands or eyes on a lot of things I'm used to. |

As for the fluid level. Check and see if theres dip stick on the bottom of the cap. Our Accord has the washer fluid bottle stuffed down in a fender. You can see the top of the tank and the neck. Pull the cap off and theres a dip stick on it. :) I thought it was a nice touch. But really not needed on the I4. :) |
