12V battery change reset?

Do I need to do anything when replacing the 12V battery other than swapping old with new and reconnecting battery terminals? No ECU relearn or anything?

disconnecting the 12V resets all computers.

I'm not sure if it's necessary, but some models require an idle re-learn procedure:

It may not be required for the HCH.

I've never done it on any of my Hondas.
