Improving the ride of an HCH2
 

I'm new to HCH2 so forgive my constant references to gen1 insights. The Insight is legendary for a hard ride. However, the G1Hi enthusiast community has come up with some solutions that dramatically improve the ride. Updated rear springs, shocks and stops have made a big difference.

While the HCH2 has a much better ride to begin with, are there modifications that you have done that improve the ride even more?,

I've actually been looking for an answer to this for awhile. The most hard and expensive solution is air suspension, the cheapest is tires with "weak side walls" as they take shock the best I believe. Examples are the General altimax, which I am using now on my hchII, and the continental procontact and truecontact. From what I have heard, filling up with all nitrogen also increases ride quality. Im not aware of any other real suspension modifications to increase comfort.
