Plate Bracket Options
 

Is there a factory front license plate bracket for the 03HCH? I just moved to VA that requires front and rear plates regardless of having a front plate mounting point…unlike CA. Also does it simply mount directly into the plastic bumper? Seems a little sketchy personally. There are thousands of options online but they are all universal, just worried about it sitting flush against the bumper.

Yes. There is a front plate bracket. It's plastic and mounts UNDER the front bumper and angles up. It's really flimsy. My is about to fall off, so I am starting to look for some sort of metal aftermarket one.
