Just saw this article.

Does anyone have any info how they plan to enforce carpooling, i.e. are there sensors that detect how many people are in the car? if that is the case, why "motorists can shut off their [toll payment] transponders if they want to carpool."?

And, of course, the most important question, will hybrids be given any exemptions? :P
