2008 Tahoe Hybrid - NAV always at night mode

Hi all,

Just noticed last weekend that my 2008 Tahoe Hybrid's NAV always running as night mode (dark background), I guess the light auto-detect senor (or maybe a fuse) were broken... The headlight also always on, if I switch to the "Auto" mode for the headlight.

Wonder does anyone has similar problem, and know how difficult to fix?

make sure you don't have a radar detector in the middle obstructing the light sensor.

Yep, the console is empty, nothing will affect the sensor.

My day-night sensor has gotten very laggy as well. It stays night very far into day.

Funny, last week my wife forgot unplug the 12V outlet, the battery were drained completed.

After recharged the main battery, the light auto-detect senor back to work again...
