2008 tahoe 4x4 hybrid cost
 

Msp price is $53,295, red tag price is $44,749. Do you think the vehicle is worth it? I dont like not having a spare tire on a 4x4 off road vehicle, but I like everthing else about the truck. Has anyone used the truck for light off road use?

The Red tag price you quote is less than what I paid for mine. You get a lot of truck for that money since it is equipped like a LTZ trim level. The wind/road noise is much less in the Hybrid than the non-hybrid too. It feels a lot more like a luxury SUV.

I have used the 4x4 in light off-road use (steep dirt/rock roads and on snow/ice). The off road handling is fine and better than the 99 Suburban I replaced. It is also way better than the 90 s10 Blazer I had in college, but the comparison is not fair. :)

Thanks for the repley and information. I also have a GM Suppliers discount, which should bring the price down some. It will come down to what they will give me for my trade in. (try to steal it?) :zip:
