EPA info on new MPG ratings for all vehicles
epa.gov has posted info discussing everything about its new mpg rating tests. Basic info can be found at

At 179 pages, there is a lot to read. One quick summary suggests that the AC tests will be very nice to Toyota with their electric compressors. As for the rest, I've got to do the reading first. Then maybe a few experiments.
