bad weather for a road trip........brrrrr
 

this weekend i am taking a small road trip, 200 some miles south to the lower corner of minnesota. first off, today they are getting snow down there, which hopefully will be cleared off the roads before i leave..

secondly, it's supposed to be below zero all weekend, the first such cold weather we have had this year. very much out of the ordinary for minnesota, we usually get this stuff the end of january.

right now it's put my FE in the tank, getting only 47.1 on the last one. i am using my hypermiling techniques again, but i sure hope spring comes soon.........

Yeah, I did a road trip with my friend and it was pretty chilly!
not quite as cold as you're gonna experience, but too cold for me. :D

Averaged 5.0L/100km on the approximately 1000km trip.
