Round plastic 'caps' in the headliner?

Not the tether points all the way in the back.....but the two round discs just behind the back seat on the ceiling. First of all, does everyone have these? Are these there for a purpose or do they just hold the headliner in place? I'm wondering if they are for a cargo net or divider of some kind.

Looks like they're just headliner "keepers" to keep the headliner from shifting/sagging (hopefully; my headliner in my '92 Corolla finally died... just ripped it out several months ago. :()

Definitely headliner keepers. Riding in my Dad's Ford Mustang GT over Father's Day, I noticed identical caps in his headliner toward the rear of the vehicle.
