How much % of the FEH is made in America?

the title pretty much asks it all... how much of our Ford Escape Hybrids are made in the U.S.... Where do most of the parts and components come from? I hear this is the All - American SUV... is it? The window sticker didnt list a %, any idea's guys?

The hybrid transaxle is made in Japan, as are the batteries.

Beyond that it's hard to say...

When I purchased about a week ago, along with the window sticker there was a small white emissions sticker that stated the vehicle was 65% US and Canadian. The transmission is from Japan I believe.

Sounds about right. It's manufacturered in Kansas City, with the batteries coming from Sanyo in Japan, and the Transmissions from Asin in Japan as well.
