Black plastic containter behind driver fog light?
I had the replace the fog light on my MMH. The shop manual was incorrect regarding the fog lamp, saying the lamp was held in place by 4 screws. It's 3, and it's not screws but the adjusters that hold it. Anyway, I removed a black plastic container that looked like it was a catch for water draining from somewhere. There was a hole at the bottom, so whatever it did catch would drain off. What is it for?

Drivers side?
If so then it's probably part of the air intake. The drain hole is for any water that get's pushed into the intake opening. The filter box has the same type of hole. -R |

Yes, that's it. I've just never seen that below an air filter. Seems like a bit of overkill, instead of just a hose or something.
